First time coming to one of our events? Here's a few questions we get asked often!
Is there a bar?
Yes! All our events are either held at licensed venues or at council venues where we will have a pop up bar! Our events are not BYO.
Seating Allocation?
All our comedy and drag shows are on a first in, best dressed basis! We don't have allocated seating, so if come in and grab whatever seats suit you and your party.
If you're attending a dinner show, then there will be allocated seating. If you're purchasing tickets separate to your party, please write in the ticketing info, who you'd like to be seated with.
Do you cater to dietary requests?
For our dinner shows, most of our venues will cater to dietary/allergy requests. Please specify in your ticketing order this info, so that the venue is aware and can best prepare for you that evening.​
I've lost my ticket!
If you've purchased tickets and you haven't seem them in your inbox or you may have accidentally deleted them - do not stress! We will be able to find you on our system - Email us and we'll resend tickets to you.
Refunds
We understand that plans can change, but unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for any of our shows. All ticket purchases are final.
If it's a sold out show, please do contact us! Sometimes we may have a waiting list, in which case we can arrange for a transfer of ticket.
Resale tickets
We strongly discourage you purchase any resale tickets to our shows. Unfortunately on platforms such as Facebook, there are continuous scams in place. Please be careful and be wary of comments found on our event pages offering resale tickets.
If you've purchased an illegitimate ticket, we are unable to assist you.
